$110 Million Dollar Renovation
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is currently in the midst of phase three of a complete $110 million dollar expansion and renovation. As part of the renovation, a new tower with guest rooms has been added. In addition, all guest rooms, public spaces, fitness center, pool area and meeting rooms will be overhauled. All other aspects of the project including new lobby, food and beverage outlets and renovated rooms are operable and work is set to culminate in Spring 2013.
